Client's Charter

  1. Licenses renewal transaction will be done in less than 30 minutes.

  2. Approval for plan and new building application will be done in 3 months time provided if the plan is according to the relevant departments' demand and completed documents are attached.

  3. Approval for amendment/additional plan applications will be done in 3 months time provided if the plan is according to UBBL demand.

  4. Certificate of Fitness For Occupancy (CFO) will be issued in 1 week time after submitting Form E and getting the approval from the relevant departments.

  5. Assessment tax bills will be sent to the resident no later than 15th February and 15th August.
