Property Transfer of Ownership Application Guideline

Complete:-

  • Form I - Real estate ownership from purchasing

  • Form J - Real estate ownership from family heritage

Include

  1. One approved copy of Ownership Document or;
  2. One approved copy of Purchasing or Property Ownership Agreement
  3. A copy of identification card
  4. A copy of last property tax payment
  5. A registration fee/form of RM21.00
